Admission Process

A clear, supportive pathway from initial inquiry to your child's first day

School Visit

Visit our school (see map below for directions). Our admissions staff will give you a guided tour of our facilities and learning spaces.

Application Form

Fill out the official student admission application form and submit it along with the standard application fee of Ksh. 1,000 at our main administrative office.

Learner Interview

Undertake an Interview — this is a one-day oral and written assessment covering all examinable subjects. This enables the school to place the pupil in the appropriate class. The school will provide lunch and snacks for the day.

Enrollment Offer

Only successful candidates will be allowed to enroll. You will receive an official admission letter, fee structure breakdown, and school uniform details to welcome your child into Infill Academy.

Note for Transfer Students: If the pupil is transferring from another primary school, he or she should carry their latest official school report book and assessment records.

Application Instructions

Ages 2½ to 13 Years

Infill Academy enrolls children from ages 2½ to 13 years across Preschool (Playgroup, PP1, PP2), Lower Primary (Grades 1–3), and Upper Primary (Grades 4–8). Please ensure you have the following requirements ready:

  • Duly Completed Form: Complete all student biodata, parent contact information, and medical background fields.
  • Application Fee: Submit the non-refundable application fee of Ksh. 1,000 at the administration desk.
  • Assessment Day Attendance: Arrive punctually on the scheduled interview day. All academic stationery, hot lunch, and refreshments are provided by the school.
  • Transfer Records: Previous report cards and transfer clearance letters where applicable.

Financing & School Dues

Fee Guidelines

We maintain transparent, structured, and modern financial procedures for tuition and school transport fees:

  • Direct Bank Deposits: Payments are accepted via direct deposit or EFT into designated official Infill Academy bank accounts. Please present the bank deposit slip at the accounts office.
  • Banker's Cheque: Cheques drawn in favor of Infill Academy are accepted for term fee settlements.
  • Bursary Opportunities: We also offer a competitive bursary program for a limited number of deserving pupils. For eligibility criteria and application guidelines, please consult the head office.
